ProStroyka is a software-as-a-service platform that enables construction professionals to create daily reports using voice recordings and AI technology. The Service includes:

• Mobile application (iOS and Android)
• Web dashboard
• AI-powered voice-to-report generation
• Photo documentation with AI descriptions
• PDF report generation and delivery

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to transcribe voice recordings and generate structured reports. AI-generated content:

• Is provided "as is" and may contain errors
• Should be reviewed and edited by you before use
• Is not a substitute for professional judgment

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSTROYKA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
